Billy Ray Moore, age 71 of Troutville, died Sunday, January 24, 2021.
Billy was currently living in Troutville with his daughter Anita. He was originally from Kimball, West Virginia where he lived most of his life.
He is survived by one daughter, Anita and special friend and caregiver, Joel Ratledge; one granddaughter, Carissa (Trenton) Williams; and a great-grandson, Lucas; one sister, Carol Porterfield of Roanoke; and a brother, Jackie (Connie) Moore of Kimball, West Virginia.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents: Woodson and Rachel Moore; two grandchildren: Andy Lukach and Michael Brogan; two brothers: Marvin and Donald Moore; four sisters: infant Beatrice, Grace Beverly, Geneva Arrocena, and Betty Moore.
