Vernard Paul Pearson

Paul Pearson (Sly), 65, of Botetourt County, passed away at Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. Vernard was born on April 21, 1952 and was preceded in death by his parents, Quence and Pauline Pearson.
He is survived by his wife, Faye H. Pearson; son, Ashley Pearson; brother, Damon Pearson; nephew, Seth Pearson; nephew Brandon Shouvely of Florida; nephew George Uribe, of Roanoke; niece, Harriett McCadden Marks, of Virginia Beach, VA; brothers-in-law, Joseph and Ronnie Hairston; sister-in-law, Linda Turner, all of Roanoke; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
