Reba Wickline Firebaugh

Reba Wickline Firebaugh, 72 of Buchanan, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Carrington Place.

Reba was born in Roanoke August 16, 1946 and was the daughter of the late C.T. and Madeline Kern Wickline and lived in Buchanan all of her life.

Reba worked at First National Bank of Troutville for several years and enjoyed NASCAR, cooking, and working in her yard. She was a member of Troutville Church of the Brethren.

In addition to her parents, Reba was preceded in death by her in-laws: Joseph W. and Esther Firebaugh and is survived her husband of 53 years, Roger L. Firebaugh; daughter and caregiver Amanda Lynn Firebaugh and granddaughter, Brennan Naomi Firebaugh all of Buchanan; special brother-in-law Larry Firebaugh of Troutville; sister, Judy Fisher of Salem; nieces Bobbi Joe (Bernie) Hall and Tina (David) Nolan; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A celebration of Reba’s life will be 12:00 noon Saturday, September 22 at Rader Funeral Home, 630 Roanoke Road, Daleville with Pastor Terry Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Cemetery. Reba’s family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 pm Friday.
