Anne C. Kelbaugh

   


Anne C. Kelbaugh age 88, passed away January 26, 2021.

Anne was the daughter of the late Donald Thomas and Mary Anne Rudiger Cronin. She was born January 20, 1933 in Baltimore Maryland.    

Anne lived in Baltimore until she retired with her husband Ralph to Ocean City, Maryland. She moved to Virginia three years ago to live at the Hermitage and be closer to her daughter and son-in-law. While living in Ocean city, she was very active in the Ocean pines community and enjoyed volunteering often at local organizations, gardening, tending to her many plants and shrubs, playing bridge. Most recently while at the Hermitage, Anne was known for singing and dancing, and for her love of crazy socks earning her the nickname “Crazy Sock Lady.”

In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph E. Kelbaugh; and son, Kenny Kelbaugh. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters and sons-in-laws: Kathy Anne (Jeff) Munsey of Troutville and Mary Lee (Tom) Sullivan of Parkton, Maryland; grandchildren: Ryan Munsey and Kenny Kelbaugh, Jr.: great-grandchild, Hailey Kelbaugh; and sister-in-law, Colleen Kelbaugh.

Inurnment will take place at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in Timonium, Maryland at the family’s convenience.
