Kenneth Richard “Ken” Lewis, age 55 of Botetourt, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Ken was born in Oakland, California August 3, 1964 and lived in Botetourt for the last 16 years. He worked in the construction of cell phone towers for many years and served in The United States Marine Corps. Ken was a fan of the Los Angeles Chargers, enjoyed golfing, boating, and most of all, spending time with his son. He was known for his big heart and a good sense of humor.
Ken is survived by his wife of 16 years but companion of 28 years, Tracy E. Mitchell Lewis; son, Jacob Lewis of Botetourt; step-son, Taylor Gallegos of Portland, Oregon; step-daughter, Karessa Gallegos of Botetourt; parents, Charles (Michelle) Lewis of Albuquerque, New Mexico; sisters: Wendy Romo and Jessica (John) Hobkirk; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service honoring Ken’s life and memory will be held at a later date.
