Joey loved to go fishing, mountain biking, go tubing and hanging out with his best friends. He was an avid gamer and belonged to an awesome streaming community. Many members became part of his extended family over the years.
He worked at Carter's Cabinet Shop from the age of 16 until his medical condition prohibited him from working. Joey loved working with wood and being a trim carpenter. He took great pride in being one of the best.
He struggled his whole life with an AVM not knowing it until 2010. He thought he had won that war but on Monday night, he lost his last battle.
We are celebrating Joey's life 2-4 pm, Saturday April 23, 2022 at Rader Funeral Home, 630 Roanoke Road Daleville.
