Glenn Wilton Stinnette Jr.

Glenn W. Stinnette, Jr., 59 of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018.

Glenn was born in Roanoke July 20, 1959 and lived in the area all of his life. He was the son of the late Glenn W. Sr. and Cynthia M. Alderman Stinnette.

Glenn enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, fishing, and was a “bell-ringer” for the Salvation Army. He worked for Singer Furniture for 18 years. Glenn was a good-hearted person who loved to help people.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Henry Elmer Stinnette and is survived by his wife of 38 years, Vicki G. Pruitt Stinnette; brother and sister-in-law John and Sue Stinnette of Salem; sister-in-law Carolyn Stinnette of Vinton; nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Nessie.

A graveside service will be 2:30, Monday October 15 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road, Roanoke with Ben Peyton officiating. The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home, 63 Roanoke Road, Daleville 1-2pm Monday.
