Garnet Arthur Wyrick

Garnet Arthur Wyrick, age 76 of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Garnet was born in Bland, Virginia February 18, 1945 and lived in the area most of his life. He was the son of the late John E. and Dorothy L. Beamer Wyrick. Garnet was a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and was the owner/operator of Coyner Springs Exxon along side his wife Audrey and son Stephen.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Audrey Carroll Wyrick; son, Stephen (Melissa) Wyrick of Troutville; brother-in-law James C. Carroll, Jr. of Troutville.

A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 13 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Reverend Steven W. McChesney, Sr. officiating.
