Benjamin Daniel Lee

Benjamin Daniel Lee, age 27 of Botetourt, passed away at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital Friday, February 11, 2022 as a result of an accident.

Benjamin was born in Roanoke July 9, 1994 and lived in Botetourt most of his life. He was the son of Paul T. Lee and Tita M. Lynn Lee. Benjamin was a 2013 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and was a fan of anime. He enjoyed writing, the outdoors (especially camping), and spending time with his friends. He was a wonderful uncle to his nieces and nephews.

Benjamin was preceded in death by his grandparents and is survived by his parents: Paul Lee of Troutville and Tita Lee of Roanoke; brother, Christopher A. (Jackie) Moyeno of Corbin, Kentucky; sisters: Jerrica E. Moyeno and Kaitlyn Lee, both of Roanoke; nieces and nephews: Jerrica Lee, Caleb Moyeno, Merrick Moyeno, and Lyla Lee; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Benjamin’s life will be 2:00 pm, Friday February 18 at Rader Funeral Home, 630 Roanoke Road Daleville with Reverend Leonard Foley officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Dale Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 pm Thursday.
