I must start with the fact that I only recently discovered that Mrs. Peckham had passed. I inadvertently discovered her passing after calling the History Museum wanting to chat and visit her. I am truly sorry for the family. Mrs. Peckham was like a second mother to me and a very good friend. I fondly remember her wonderful art depicting wildflowers in their natural settings. We both shared a passion for wildflowers and nature. After Mr. Peckham passed we went on some outings in the nearby mountains to experience nature. Mrs. Betsy Peckham was one of finest and most compassionate people that I ever had the privilege of knowing. The world has truly lost a very special person but heaven has gained a wonderful soul. Finally, I was most pleased with the video showcasing the beautiful person Betsy Peckham and her life that was so well lived.

Laura and Dale,

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I loved the pictures in the tribute...especially the ones during the time that I knew you guys best. She looks so much like Aunt Elizabeth. Hugs to your families.

Dear Dale and Laura,
We are so sorry for the loss of your mom. Betsey was so proud of you two and talked about you often.
She enjoyed her independent life on the river bluff. She was a good neighbor and we will miss her. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
