Carol Jean Francis Reinhardt

Carol Jean Francis Reinhardt, 67, of Roanoke, died Sunday, December 24, 2017 at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.

Carol was born in Niagara Falls, New York November 26, 1950 a lived in the Roanoke Valley since 2003. She was the daughter of the late James Francis Lozaw and Margaret Hess Lozaw who survives.

Carol was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at The Glebe for more than two years. She loved her grandkids and enjoyed British television shows.

In addition to her father, Carol was preceded in death by her sister Denise West and is survived by her daughters and son-in-law JoAnne and David Robinson of Roanoke and Sarah Reinhardt of Waverly, New York; grandchildren: Hunter and Lauren Young, and Dani, Dana, and Diana Robinson; cousins: Karen Atwater, Sandra Ward, Daniel Updegraph, George Updegraph, Judy Stewart, Janet Clapsaddle, and Barbara Witherow.

A memorial service honoring Carol’s life will be 4:00 pm Saturday, December 30 at Rader Funeral Home, 630 Roanoke Road, Daleville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service Saturday beginning at 3:00 pm.
